Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YouTube Agent (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of the Service

YouTube Agent lets each customer ("tenant") configure an industry, niche, target keywords, and a list of competitor YouTube channels. Automated workflows periodically populate your workspace with competitor snapshots, content briefs, comment insights, alerts, and weekly reports. The Service is provided as a dashboard for reviewing and acting on this information.

3. Accounts and Tenants

You must sign in with a valid account to access the dashboard. Each account may belong to one or more tenants with a role of Owner, Admin, or Member. You are responsible for the accuracy of the configuration data you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or access data belonging to another tenant without authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of any third party, including competitor channels you monitor.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service or the n8n-facing API.

5. Third-Party Data and Services

Competitor snapshots, content briefs, and comment insights are derived in part from publicly available YouTube data. YouTube Agent does not control, and is not responsible for, the accuracy or availability of third-party data sources, including the YouTube Data API, Slack, or Notion integrations you may configure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by YouTube Agent and its licensors. You retain ownership of the configuration data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for your tenant.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content briefs, opportunity scores, and suggestions are informational and do not guarantee any specific business outcome, view count, or subscriber growth.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Agent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any tenant that violates these Terms or poses a security risk to the platform or other tenants.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
